Webhooks & Email Notifications
FeedLetter offers notifications for new feedback comments via email and webhook.
Both are configured on the Advanced tab in the customization section of a survey and are valid only for this specific survey.
You can also set them as default values for Newsletter Surveys under Newsletter Survey Defaults tab and then they are used for each new Newsletter Survey you create afterwards.
ESP Integrations
Connect your Newsletter Surveys and Onetime Polls to your ESP to fetch sending stats and show them on a survey.
An active integration will be checked once a day and the stats will be updated.
If a survey or poll has ESP stats availalbe, they will be shown on the survey and poll analytics tab.
As of May 2025, we support the following ESPs:
- EmailOctopus
- Generic Pull API
