Feedletter.co is such a great feeback tool. I have always wanted to add emoji feedback to my substack but couldn't found anything that worked. Feedletter changed everything. Simple but great!

The best thing I did for my newsletter is start using FeedLetter by @codeboje . The feedback in my most recent newsletter was more than the combined feedback of all my previous issues using Google Forms. Thank you for this amazing yet simple tool. Paid member on the spot.

FeedLetter is built in Germany and follows German Privacy laws (GDPR hard-mode). Weโre firm advocates of privacy protection and have built FeedLetter to follow that to the T. .
All the votes and comments shared by your readers are gathered and stored anonymously. No marketing analytics on reader-facing pages to ensure total privacy.
This page and the dashboard collects usage statistics to improve the service. FeedLetter uses a self-hosted Matomo instance with the anonymity functionality turned on.
All payments are handled and secured by Paddle.com. No one at FeedLetter has access to or handles your card details.

Website, blog and application are hosted with Netlify, an USA-based company, but data isnot. With the recent EU court decision regarding the Safe Harbor Privacy Shield, itโs unclear if this is still allowed under GDPR.
